Rumor yang tersiar baru-baru ini, Nikon akan segera merilis DSLR terbaru, yaitu Nikon D400. Jika rumor tersebut benar keberadaannya, brarti perusahaan asal Jepang ini sudah merilis 3 DSLR yang meramaikan pasar kamera yakni D4, si ‘monster‘ D800 dan D3200 pada tahun 2012.

Rumornya lagi, bahwa untuk ‘otak’nya Nikon bakal memakai prosesor Expeed 3. Bodi magnesium alloy, slot untuk dua kartu memori, CF dan SD, serta ISO maksimal hingga 25.600 adalah prediksi spesifikasi lain yang menghiasi Nikon D400.

Nikon D400 merupakan perwujudan Nikon D800 namun dalam versi mini dan sensor yang lebih kecil (sumber: TechRadar). Kecepatan bidik yang mencapai 8fps (frame per second), Nikon D400 sepertinya menyasar fotografer yang beraliran sports atau kalangan profesional yang membutuhkan kecepatan tinggi.
